Cheesy Corn Chowder

Chessy Corn ChowderSimple and Delicious   

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 1 ½ cups Boiling Water
  • 2 cups Diced Potato
  • 8 ounces Mixed Frozen Vegetable Blend
  • ¼ cup diced Yellow Onion
  • 1 15 ounce can Creamed Corn
  • 1 cup Milk (whole or 2%)
  • 8 ounces Cheez Whiz

Preparation

  1. In a two-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add bouillon cube and dissolve.
  3. Add diced potatoes, onion and frozen vegetables.  Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Reduce heat.  Add milk, creamed corn and Cheez Whiz.
  5. Return to a simmering stage and stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with warm bread, corn muffins or biscuits.
