SwingShift and the Stars and “$1 Round Up”

In 2008 Judy Harrison created SwingShift and the Stars to combine her two passions: music and philanthropy.  Since then they have raised over $3 million to support local charities and the community.  This year Tom’s decided to participate and has chosen City Opera House as the non-profit to champion.

City Opera House is an import part of Traverse City and their mission, to be a regional hub for connecting people to the arts and each other, is a cause worthy of support.

Also in support of the historic City Opera House in downtown Traverse City, Tom's Food Markets has kicked off a "$1 Round-Up at the Register" fundraising campaign, running through January 4, 2019 at all six markets. At checkout, Tom's Food Markets customers will have the option to add a “$1 Round-Up” to their purchase to support the nonprofit City Opera House. 100% of the donations go directly to preserving the historic landmark.

We hope you will join us in supporting the City Opera House.
