CHEEZY CORN CHOWDER
Simple and Delicious 
Ingredients:
1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 ½ cups Boiling Water
2 cups Diced Potato
8 ounces Mixed Frozen Vegetable Blend
¼ cup diced Yellow Onion
1 15 ounce can Creamed Corn
1 cup Milk (whole or 2%)
8 ounces Cheez Whiz
Directions:
- In a two-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add bouillon cube and dissolve.
- Add diced potatoes, onion and frozen vegetables. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Reduce heat. Add milk, creamed corn and Cheez Whiz.
- Return to a simmering stage and stir until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and serve with warm bread, corn muffins or biscuits.
