POSITION SUMMARY: To meet the customers needs by maintaining adequate quantities of products and keeping shelves filled for customer purchase, (ordering product as directed by management). The stock clerk plays an important role in merchandising products in their departments.


Responsibilities Include:

1. Ensure Customer Service is Always a # 1 Priority within the dairy department and throughout the market.

2. Maintain an awareness and concern for the company’s interest and investments at all times, by conforming to the technical and ethical standards of C K Leasing, LLC.

3. Perform all functions of the position in a positive, friendly, cheerful manner. Implement 100% customer satisfaction policy to the greatest extent at all times.

4. Assist in unloading and checking in product from the delivery truck, using proper equipment in a responsible manner.

5. Price items, using correct pricing procedures and proper equipment as directed by management. Report price discrepancies to proper personnel.

6.Transfer product from coolers and freezers to the sales floor as directed by management.

7.Condition aisles throughout the day, making shelves and displays attractive and eye catching. (Condition means: also called “facing or blocking”, this consists of bringing product to the front of the shelf, turning it so the front label is in full view, and removing damaged product from the shelf.)

8.The associate must occasionally exert or lift up to 50 pounds carrying boxes or records and forms and frequently exert or lift moderate amounts of weight.
